Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on auraprojectlabs.in. Please read it carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital goods (project files, schematics, firmware, CAD models, and documentation), all sales are final once the files have been delivered or made available for download. We do not offer refunds on digital products after delivery.

However, a full refund will be issued if:

• The files delivered do not match the product description on the listing.
• The files are corrupt, incomplete, or inaccessible and we are unable to resolve the issue within 5 business days.
• A duplicate payment was charged for the same order.

2. Custom Engineering Services

For custom project builds, consultation, or development services:

• Before work begins: Full refund if you cancel before we start work on your project.
• After work has begun: Partial refund based on the percentage of work remaining, at our discretion.
• After delivery: No refund once the deliverables have been handed over and accepted.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at auraprojectsprivate@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with the following:

• Your order ID or payment reference number
• The reason for your refund request
• Any supporting screenshots or details

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

• Change of mind after digital product delivery
• Incompatibility with your hardware or software not disclosed to us before purchase
• Requests made after 7 days from the date of purchase
